If you have teacher-level access to myLexia, you can reset one student account at a time.
Important! Since resetting placement deletes all student account history, Lexia recommends saving or printing any necessary school or district reports before doing so.
- In myLexia, click Manage on the right, then click Students at the top.
- Use the search field in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to find a student by name or username.
- Click on the pencil icon on the far right of the student's row.
- In the Edit Student Window, select the Reading Program tab at the top.
- In the Reading Placement section, select Reset Placement and then Save.
